Josh Howard - Project Manager


Josh serves as a driving force in the Schultz Development team. As project manager, he is overseeing, estimating, purchasing, and involved in all aspects of building exceptional estates. He began his construction career in the commercial sector, spending 12 years gaining hands-on experience. Nearly a decade ago, Josh transitioned into luxury custom home building, where he continues to thrive. Whether managing budgets, refining internal processes, or collaborating with design teams to solve complex constructibility challenges, Josh is dedicated to delivering outstanding results and elevating every project he touches.

Originally from Ohio, he moved to Arizona with his family at age 12. Josh and his high school sweetheart, Maggie, are raising three children together. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his kids’ activities, following sports, mountain biking, and exploring his lifelong passion for cars.

Daniel joined Schultz Development in 2011, bringing more than two decades of hands-on construction experience to his role. Originally from Mexico City, he relocated to Glendale, Arizona, in 1992 and later earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Arizona State University. His career in construction began immediately after high school, providing him with a strong foundation in both field operations and project execution.

Away from construction, Daniel values time spent with his wife and two sons. He enjoys discovering new restaurants, hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, and supporting his children in their various activities.


Jeremy serves as a Superintendent at Schultz Development, bringing a lifetime of experience in custom home building. Growing up in a family-run construction business, he gained hands-on knowledge working alongside his parents, developing a deep understanding of the craft from an early age. Before joining Schultz Development, he spent 10 years as a special construction inspector on a variety of large-scale projects. Passionate about the building industry, Jeremy enjoys taking on diverse construction and fabrication projects in addition to overseeing the company’s luxury estate developments.

He and his wife have three sons, and together they enjoy sports, hiking, off-road trail riding, and working on projects as a family.

Jeremy Bromley - Superintendent

Brad Kern - Superintendent


Brad serves as a Superintendent at Schultz Development, overseeing field operations on large-scale estate projects. With 38 years of experience in the construction industry, his career spans carpentry, commercial development, and luxury custom home building. Originally from Canada, Brad relocated to Scottsdale 17 years ago to focus on creating high-quality homes that harmonize with the desert landscape.

In his free time, Brad enjoys exploring the outdoors, whether mountain biking or riding his ATV along scenic desert trails. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers at a horse rescue ranch in Rio Verde. Brad lives in Rio Verde with his wife, Carmen, their son, Dawson, and their loyal dog, Jake.

Amy England - Company Controller

Amy has been the cornerstone of Schultz Development’s finances for over 20 years, overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring the financial integrity of the company. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and more than a decade of construction accounting experience before joining the team, she ensures every financial detail is handled with precision and care.

A native Arizonan, Amy currently lives in Carefree with her husband and their beloved pets. She is a devoted mother of four and grandmother of eight, cherishing time spent with her family. Beyond work, Amy loves outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, gardening, and off-road adventures in her Jeep, as well as a lifelong passion for animals.

PJ - Project Manager

PJ blends his passion for design with a meticulous attention to detail to help deliver exceptional homes. When he was younger, PJ spent his summers assisting his father with home remodels around the neighborhood, sparking his early interest in construction. After earning a degree in accounting from The University of Kansas, he traded Midwest winters for Arizona sunshine where he managed the construction of high-end golf clubhouses and restaurants. He ultimately found his true calling in luxury custom homes, where creativity and craftsmanship align perfectly with his commitment to quality and precision.

Outside of work, PJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their two dogs — Finley, a Golden Retriever, and Goose, a Black Lab. A recreational athlete, he is passionate about golf, plays in a local softball league, and enjoys basketball. Together with Lauren, PJ loves hosting friends or exploring new destinations whenever possible.

Bob Gallant - Superintendent

Bob has been a valued member of Schultz Development for over 27 years, serving as a superintendent and playing a key role in Schultz’ construction. In 1994, he and his family relocated from Massachusetts to Arizona, initially hiring Schultz Development to build their home. Shortly thereafter, Bob joined the team, bringing a hands-on approach and a deep experience to every project. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and practical problem-solving, Bob is highly respected by trade partners and colleagues alike.

In his personal time, he enjoys home improvement projects, ice hockey, cycling, and gardening. He is a proud father and grandfather and cherishes every minute spent with his grandchildren.

Amanda serves as Schultz Development’s Office Manager and Accounting Assistant, bringing a unique blend of skills and experience to her role. She enjoys collaborating with and supporting the team, building strong connections through her daily interactions.

Amanda lives in Carefree with her family, as a native Arizonian. When she’s not managing the office, she loves spending quality time with her son, exploring the outdoors, and expressing her creativity through painting and sculpting.

Eric Clements - Superintendent

Eric joined Schultz Development in 2014 and has spent the past decade leading field operations on some of the Valley’s most exceptional custom home projects. A native of Show Low, Arizona, he earned his professional degree in architecture from the University of Arizona, giving him a strong foundation in both design principles and construction execution. His leadership and expertise on-site ensure that every project is executed with precision and reflects the highest standards of quality.

Outside of his professional role, Eric values time with his wife and their three daughters. He’s passionate about gardening, woodworking, and supporting his daughters in their competitive soccer endeavors.

Jason Fowler - Superintendent

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason is a highly skilled Superintendent specializing in luxury custom homes. Since settling in Arizona in 1998, he has developed a deep understanding of all facets of construction management, consistently delivering projects with precision and care. Jason is passionate about building and problem-solving, and he takes great pride not only in the homes he helps create but also in the lasting relationships he builds with clients, trade partners, and colleagues.

When he’s not on the job site, Jason enjoys exploring Arizona’s desert in his side-by-side, camping, and spending summers riding up north. His greatest joy, however, comes from time spent with his wife, Kelly, their three adult children and their families, and especially his grandchildren.

Juan Guerra - Assistant Superintendent

Juan works closely with the superintendents at Schultz Development, providing vital support in the field as an Assistant Superintendent. Born and raised in Arizona, he is currently pursuing a degree in construction management while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of trades. Growing up in a family rooted in the construction industry, Juan has been immersed in the field for most of his life, developing a strong foundation in craftsmanship and problem-solving. Passionate about learning the intricacies of luxury custom home building, he aspires to become a lead superintendent in the future.

Off the job, Juan enjoys running, working out, spending time with his family, and playing with his dogs.
