Clients often retain Schultz Development in advance of the architect. In this scenario, we will work with you to find an architect that suits your style and requirements. As the design/builder, we take responsibility for assisting and helping to guide the design as well as the construction process.
The entire Schultz Development team will be available for many years after you move in to answer questions and assist you in anyway possible.
