Inspired by the timeless elegance of Bergdorf Goodman in New York City, this palatial estate blends classic sophistication with modern glamour. Designed as both a family retreat and a venue for large-scale philanthropic events, the home redefines luxury living. Candelaria Design led the architecture, Matthew Boland of MMB Studio directed the interiors, and Berghoff Design Group completed the landscape architecture. At the heart of the residence lies a remarkable space—an indoor basketball court that transforms into a formal ballroom for hosting charitable galas and gatherings. Every element, from structure to styling, was conceived to celebrate beauty, generosity, and grand design.
