This Mediterranean-style estate in North Scottsdale is the result of a remarkable collaboration between Candelaria Design Associates, interior designer Kimberly Colletti, and Berghoff Design Group for the landscape architecture. The residence showcases extensive use of European-carved marble, intricate millwork, and hand-painted ceiling murals created by skilled artisans. One of the most defining spaces in the home is the formal library, a personal priority for the owner.
