This residence tells the story of transformation and refinement. Originally built by Schultz Development for one family and later reimagined for the next, the home evolved to reflect the new owners’ unique taste. The remodel introduced hand-plastered walls and ceilings, complete with intricate plaster carvings and moldings. The exterior stone became a centerpiece of the design. To find the perfect match, John Schultz and the owner traveled through Texas, visiting multiple quarries until they discovered the ideal stone to complement the architecture. It was then shipped directly to Arizona, while interior stone floors and materials were ordered from France after detailed planning and coordination. Designed with entertaining in mind, the home offers generous spaces for hosting and a lasting sense of craftsmanship throughout.
